    Western blot analysis of extracts from HEK293 (lane2(20μg), Mouse brain tissue (lane3(20μg), MCF-7 (lane4(20μg) and U251 (lane5(20μg) using Oct-4 Antibody (HY-P80440). Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight. The primary antibody (1/1000) and Loading control antibody (Beta Actin, HY-P80993, 1/10,000) was used in 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 2 hour at room temperature. Forms a trimeric complex with SOX2 or SOX15 on DNA and controls the expression of a number of genes involved in embryonic development such as YES1, FGF4, UTF1 and ZFP206.
