Verification Image

Western blot analysis of extracts from K562 (lane 1(20μg)) 、Jurkat (lane 2(20μg)) 、NIH-3T3 (lane 3(20μg)) and C6 (lane 4(20μg)) using MYL12B Antibody (HY-P87205) . Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% nonfat dry milk in TBST for 1.5 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (1/1000) and Loading control antibody (β Tubulin, 1/10000) was used in 5% nonfat dry milk in TBST at 4℃ overnight. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (1/10,000) was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

Function：Myosin regulatory subunit that plays an important role in regulation of both smooth muscle and nonmuscle cell contractile activity via its phosphorylation. Phosphorylation triggers actin polymerization in vascular smooth muscle. Implicated in cytokinesis, receptor capping, and cell locomotion
