Western blot analysis of extracts from HeLa(lane 2(20μg) , Jurkat(lane 3(20μg) ,HCT116(lane 4(20μg) and 293T( lane 5(20μg) using CCK-4 Antibody (HY-P84534). Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 2 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (1/1000) and Loading control antibody (Beta Actin, HY-P80993,1/10000) was used in 5% non-fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight. Goat Anti-Mouse IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (HY-P8004,1/10,000) was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

Function
CCK-4 is an Inactive tyrosine kinase involved in Wnt signaling pathway. Component of both the non-canonical (also known as the Wnt/planar cell polarity signaling) and the canonical Wnt signaling pathway. Functions in cell adhesion, cell migration, cell polarity, proliferation, actin cytoskeleton reorganization and apoptosis. Has a role in embryogenesis, epithelial tissue organization and angiogenesis

Expression
Tissue_specificity:It is highly expressed in the lungs, liver, pancreas, kidneys, placenta, and melanocytes. It is weakly expressed in the thyroid, ovaries, brain, heart, and skeletal muscle. It is also expressed in erythroleukemia cells, but not in the colon.
Induction:Higher expression in cell lines established from normal non-tumorigenic tissues compared to cell lines established from highly metastatic invasive carcinomas (at protein level) -
