AS3288802 (30 min) potently and selectively binds human active PAI-1 with an EC50 of 4.2 ng/mL[1].
AS3288802 (30 min) potently and selectively binds cynomolgus monkey active PAI-1 with an EC50 of 3.6 ng/mL, while showing minimal binding to cynomolgus monkey latent PAI-1, tPA-PAI-1 complex, and uPA-PAI-1 complex[1].
AS3288802 (30 min) concentration-dependently inhibits active PAI-1 in ex vivo human obese patient plasma with an IC50 of 4.2 ng/mL and in ex vivo LPS (HY-D1056)-administrated cynomolgus monkey plasma with an IC50 of 37 ng/mL[1].
