Cloxacepride (10-50 μM) shows inhibitory effect on Compound 48/80 (HY-115768)-induced histamine and serotonin release from rat mesenterial mast cells. The IC50 is determined to 21 μM (histamine) and 19 μM (serotonin)[3].
