MOR agonist-4 (10 μM) completely inhibits U69,593 binding of an appropriate radiolabeled receptor ligand to KOR with a Ki value of 5.8 nM, but binding of ligands to MOR and DOR is poorly inhibited (30.9 % and 30.7 %, respectively)^[1].
