Flow cytometry analysis of Raji cells with HY-P990089 at 20nM (Red). 20ng/mL of FcγRI (CD64), FcγRII (CD32), and FcγRIII (CD16) were added to block the binding of Fc of antibody to cells respectively. Goat anti human IgG Fc(Alexa Fluor488) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/400 dilution. Unlabeled control - Unlabelled cells (Gray).
