ASPC1
Definition:
ASPC1 is a human cancer cell line derived from Ascites and associated with Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. ASPC1 is used as an in vitro model of Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma to investigate MAPK signaling, cell migration, cell invasion, gene-expression regulation, and cytotoxicity.
