In Vivo

BM635 hydrochloride (oral administration; 50 mg/Kg) results in gradual elevations in blood up to a Cmax of 579.1 ng/ml with Tmax of 3 hour. It doubles the in vivo exposure with respect to the free base BM635 in C57BL/6J mice[1].
