Biological Activity
Guide (The following is the experimental plan we recommend. This plan serves only as a reference guide. The specific operations should be adjusted according to your actual needs.)
Prepare a 10 mM stock solution using anhydrous DMSO.
2. Dyeing/Coloring Application Process: Commonly used for coloring plastics (PS, PC), oils, waxes or resins.
Concentration gradient: The working concentration range is wide, typically ranging from 0.01% to 0.1% (w/w). It is recommended to conduct a preliminary experiment starting from 0.05%.
(2) Mixing: Add an appropriate amount of the mother solution to the molten polymer or solvent, and stir it at 60-80°C for 30 minutes to ensure complete dispersion.
(3) Detection: The intensity of the coloration is evaluated by visual inspection or using ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry (with the maximum absorption typically occurring at 400-450 nm).
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
