W5Cha, a C5a Receptor agonist, potently competes for the binding of wild-type C5a receptors on the membrane of transfected RBL-2H3 cells, with an IC50 of 0.04 μM[1].
W5Cha, a C5a Receptor agonist, competes for binding with the C5a receptor R206A mutant expressed on the membrane of transfected RBL-2H3 cells, with an IC50 of 0.06 μM, and its affinity is comparable to that of the wild-type receptor[1].
W5Cha, a C5a Receptor agonist, stimulates myeloperoxidase release from human neutrophils with an EC50 of approximately 0.2 μM[1].
