Eurestobart restores antitumor immunity by stabilizing the pro-inflammatory extracellular ATP (eATP) and interfering with synthesis of the immunosuppressive adenosine within the tumor microenvironment (TME). Eurestobart is used in the research of locally advanced and metastatic solid tumors.
