Talc, a naturally occurring mineral composed primarily of magnesium, silicon and oxygen, is used in many cosmetics, from baby powder to blush^[1]^[2].

In Vitro

Talc (50-100 μg/mL, 24 h) promotes the generation of ROS in RAW246.7 cell, and modulates the expression of antitumor-related genes when used with Estradiol (HY-B0141)^[3].
