Biological Activity: Adenosine-3',5'-bisphosphate is an exoribonuclease XRN1 inhibitor with an IC50 of 36 nM, a KD of 12 nM, and a KD of 14 nM against human XRN2. Adenosine-3',5'-bisphosphate binds to the bimetallic active site of human XRN1, and also binds potently to human XRN2 via its conserved bimetallic active site. Adenosine-3',5'-bisphosphate can be used in research related to non-small cell lung cancer[1].
