Selatinib undergoes oxidative metabolism in vivo to produce Lapatinib (HY-50898). Selatinib inhibits the growth of breast, gastric and ovarian tumors. Selatinib can be used in research related to gastric cancer, breast cancer and ovarian cancer[1][2].
