Biological Activity: Lobetyol is a natural compound that can be isolated from Lobelia chinensis. Lobetyol induces apoptosis and cell cycle arrest in MKN45 cells. Lobetyol shows anti-virus, anti-inflammation and anti-tumor activity[1][2]. Lobetyol is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
