PI3Kγ inhibitor 7 shows antitumor activity[1]. PI3Kγ inhibitor 7 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
