Biological Activity: PDE3/4-IN-3 (Compound 7) is an orally active dual PDE3/4 inhibitor with IC50 s of 0.17 and ≤50 nM for PDE3A and PDE4B2, respectively. PDE3/4-IN-3 significantly inhibits methacholine-induced bronchoconstriction in guinea pigs. PDE3/4-IN-3 can be used for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma research[1].
