Additionally, Broxyquinoline is an inhibitor of CpACBP1 with an IC50 of 64.9 μM. CpACBP1 is a fatty acyl-CoA binding protein of Cryptosporidium parvum, thus Broxyquinoline has the potential to inhibit parasite growth.
