At doses of 1 mg and above, CGS 13928C inhibits angiotensin I-induced blood pressure elevation by up to 75%, and this inhibitory effect lasts for at least 4 h^[1].
CGS 13928C achieves maximum blocking effect at doses of 2 mg and above, but takes effect relatively slowly, with the time to reach maximum inhibitory effect ranging from 2.5 to 3.5 hours^[1].
