Biologische Aktivität
Droxacin exhibits broad-spectrum in vitro antibacterial activity, with an MIC ≤ 0.78 μg/mL against most Gram-negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli and Proteus spp.; it shows relatively weak inhibitory activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Streptococcus pyogenes, with MIC values of 25 μg/mL and 100 μg/mL, respectively[1].
