Insecticidal agent 46 (LC-2) (12.5-200 μM; 24 h) shows low toxicity in HEK293T and Marc145 cells, with IC₅₀ values exceeding 200 μM^[1].
Insecticidal agent 46 (3 μM) shifts the fast inactivation V_1/2 of DmNa22 expressed in Xenopus laevis oocytes by 13.23 mV in the hyperpolarizing direction without affecting activation gating^[1].

Insecticidal agent 46 (LC-2) (10 μg/mL; larval immersion; 24 h) exhibits insecticidal activity against Aedes aegypti larvae, and its toxicity to the pyrethroid-resistant Puerto Rico strain is higher than that to the susceptible Waco strain^[1].
Insecticidal agent 46 (feeding) exhibits insecticidal activity against second-instar larvae of Drosophila melanogaster w1118, with an LC₅₀ of 1.82 μg/mL^[1].
