LSD1-IN-36 (compound 10e) demonstrates significant inhibitory effects across several human tumor cell lines. It shows strong activity against HCT116 cells, MCF-7, A549, and MDA-MB-231, with IC₅₀ values of 0.1 μM, 0.1 μM, 0.3 μM and 0.8 μM, respectively^[1].
LSD1-IN-36 (0.125-0.5 μM; 72 hours) exhibits a significant inhibitory effect on the formation of HCT116 clones at all dosing concentrations^[1].
