Lenzilumab(HY-P99207) neutralizes Recombinant Human GM-CSF (HY-P7016A) induced proliferation in the TF-1 human erythroleukemic cell line. The Neutralization Dose (ND50) for this effect is 0.02545μg/mL in the presence of 0.5 ng/mL Recombinant Human GM-CSF.
