Emerfetamab (AMG 673) is a monoclonal antibody against CD3E/CD33. Emerfetamab binds to CD33 on AML blasts, bringing them into proximity with T cells, and binds to the T cell receptor component CD3, thereby triggering T cell activation and T cell-mediated cytotoxicity against CD33-positive cells. Emerfetamab can be used for research on acute myeloid leukemia.
