In Vitro
Insecticidal agent 46 (3 μM) shifts the fast inactivation V1/2 of DmNa22 expressed in Xenopus laevis oocytes by 13.23 mV in the hyperpolarizing direction without affecting activation gating[1].

Result:Inhibited HEK293T and Marc145 cell proliferation with the following inhibition rates: at 200 μM, HEK293T 9.74%, Marc145 3.38%; at 100 μM, HEK293T 5.66%, Marc145 3.36%; at 50 μM, HEK293T 3.80%, Marc145 2.14%; at 25 μM, HEK293T 2.94%, Marc145 1.34%; at 12.5 μM, HEK293T 1.14%, Marc145 0.85%.
The IC50 values of LC-2 against both mammalian cell types exceeded 200 μM.
In Vivo
Insecticidal agent 46 (feeding) exhibits insecticidal activity against second-instar larvae of Drosophila melanogaster w1118, with an LC50 of 1.82 μg/mL[1].
