Chitin synthase inhibitor 5 (300 μg/mL; 1 h) inhibits chitin synthase with an IC50 value of 0.14 mM[1]. Chitin synthase inhibitor 5 (1-512 μg/mL; 24 h) shows antifungal activities to C. albicans, A. flavus, A. fumigatus and C. neoformans with MIC values of 26.67, 32, 64 and 64 μg/mL, respectively[1].
