Cross-linked dextran G 25, coarse achieves separation of estrogenic isoflavone components based on differences in aromatic adsorption, such as the separation of conjugated estrogens from urine[1].
Cross-linked dextran G 25, coarse (Sephadex G 25) simultaneously acts as a molecular sieve and an anion exchanger, effectively separating nucleotide sugar derivatives from Micrococcus lysodeikticus into distinct peaks[2].
