CyPep-1 acetate
Based on 1 Customer Validation
CyPep-1 acetate is a novel cationic lytic peptide with antitumor activity. CyPep-1 acetate is highly cytotoxic by interacting with the negatively charged cell membrane of cancer cells. CyPep-1 acetate has strong cytolytic activity on cancer cells both in vivo and in vitro, and can be used in the study of solid tumors.

Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
CyPep-1 (0-40 μg/mL; 15-360 min) acetate produces toxicity to tumor cell lines in a dose- and time-dependent manner, with little effect on normal cell lines[1].
