FLT3LG Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His)

FLT3LG Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived FLT3LG protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.

1.Measured in a cell proliferation assay using K562 cells. The ED₅₀ this effect is 4.628 ng/mL, corresponding to a specific activity is 2.1608×10⁵ units/mg.
2.Measured in a cell proliferation assay using BaF3 mouse pro-B cells transfected with Flt-3. The ED₅₀ for this effect is 0.5-1.5 ng/mL.
3. Mouse FLT3 immobilized on CM5 Chip can bind Mouse FLT3LG with an affinity constant of 0.9135 nM as determined in a SPR assay.
