DCAF11 ligand-Linker Conjugate 1 is a conjugate of a DCAF11 ligand and a linker. DCAF11 ligand-Linker Conjugate 1 can be used for the synthesis of PROTAC LGF308 (HY-181756)[1].

In Vitro

DCAF11 ligand-Linker Conjugate 1 (compound 13j) (10 μM; 9 h) does not induce BRD4 degradation in MDA-MB-231 cells by itself[1].
DCAF11 ligand-Linker Conjugate 1 (10 μM) does not induce apoptosis in MDA-MB-231 cells, whereas the corresponding PROTAC (LGF308) potently activates the apoptotic pathway[1].
