Diselaginellin B (2.5-10 μM) exhibits cytotoxic activity against SMMC-7721 cells, with an IC50 of 9.0 μM, and induces apoptosis in a concentration-dependent manner, by upregulating levels of DLD and inhibiting expressions of COX-1/2 and NNMT[1].
Diselaginellin B (0.5-2 μM) downregulates the TSPAN8 and MAGP2, inhibits the angiogenesis and reduces the cancer cells migration and invasion in SMMC-7721[1].
Diselaginellin B (2.5-5 μM) arrests the cells at G1 phase[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
