Biological Activity
Mouse IgG2a kappa
Human
Donanemab (Mouse IgG2a) (4-12.5 mg/kg; s.c.; weekly for 6 months) shows a significant dose-dependent decrease in Aβ42 in hippocampus and cortex in sixteen-month-old PDAPP mice[1].
Donanemab (Mouse IgG2a) (i.p.) reduces Aβ plaque in a dose-dependent manner in PDAPP mice[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Flow Cytometry analysis of HUVEC cells labelling pGlu3Aβ (red) with Donanemab (anti-pGlu3Aβ) (HY-P991045). Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (HY-P8005) at a dilution of 1/1000 was used as the secondary antibody. Blue-Mouse IgG2a kappa (HY-P99978). Black-Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
