DOPE-PEG2000-NYZL1
DOPE-PEG2000-NYZL1 (DOPE-PEG2000-Mal-Cys-NYZL1) is an amphiphilic lipid-PEG-peptide conjugate composed of DOPE (1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine), PEG2000, and the NYZL1 peptide, a tumor-targeting peptide identified through phage display. DOPE-PEG2000-NYZL1 is used for tumor-targeted drug delivery via liposome and nanoparticle functionalization.

Biological Activity
DOPE-PEG2000-NYZL1: surface decoration of liposomes and lipid nanoparticles for tumor-targeted drug delivery, enabling selective accumulation in tumor tissues.
Structural composition:
(1) DOPE; a phospholipid with two unsaturated oleoyl chains that anchors into lipid bilayers and provides fusogenic activity for endosomal escape;
(2) PEG2000; a hydrophilic polymer that forms a stealth layer reducing opsonization and prolonging blood circulation time;
(3) NYZL1 peptide; a tumor-targeting peptide identified by phage display technology that specifically recognizes and binds to receptors on tumor cell surfaces, directing nanocarriers to tumor tissues for enhanced drug uptake by cancer cells and improved therapeutic outcomes with reduced side effects.
