ERRγ inverse agonist 2 (1-10 μM; 293T cells) inhibits PGC-1α-dependent transcriptional activity of ERRγ and the inhibitory effect on ERRα and ERRβ is insignificantly weak[1].
ERRγ inverse agonist 2 (10 μM; AML12 cells) inhibits the expression of hepcidin, fibrinogen and gluconeogenic genes[1].
