Euphornin A (compound 33) is a deacetylated derivative of Euphornin, and it can be converted back to Euphornin via acetylation with acetic anhydride and pyridine[1].
Euphornin A can be oxidized with PCC and diatomaceous earth in dichloromethane to yield Euphornin C (HY-N21917)[1].
