Biological Activity
Euphornin C (1-10 μM; 24 h) inhibits LPS-induced nitric oxide production in BV-2 microglial cells with an inhibitory rate of 41.23% at 1 μM while maintaining high cell viability, but causes severe cytotoxicity at 10 μM[2].
