Flecainide hydrochloride can block sodium channels and inhibit calcium ion release mediated by the cardiac ryanodine receptor (RyR2). Flecainide hydrochloride can be used in the research of diseases such as catecholaminergic polymorphic ventricular tachycardia (CPVT).
