MR2-cy5
MR2-cy5 is a clustered mannose ligand that binds CD206 and enables fluorescence detection of CD206+ macrophages; its fluorescence is selective for CD206+ macrophages and colocalizes with CD206 immunostaining in the infarcted brain region after ischemic stroke. MR2-cy5 can be used for research on ischemic stroke.
