GSK-3β inhibitor 8 (compound 1a) (1 nM-100 μM; 7 d) dose-dependently stimulates β-cell proliferation with an EC50 value of 1.41 μM. And GSK-3β inhibitor 8 (2 μM; 72 h) increases the replicating R7T1 β cells about 2-fold[1].
GSK-3β inhibitor 8 (1 nM-100 μM; 24 h) induces the activation of Super (8X) TOPFlash reporter with an EC50 value of 1.25 μM[1].
GSK-3β inhibitor 8 (2 μM; 72 h) stimulates the translocation of β-catenin into the nucleus in HEK293 cells[1].
