Biological Activity
Guide (The following is our recommended protocol. This protocol is only a guide and should be modified according to your specific needs).
1. Solution preparation[1]
1.1 Preparation of stock solution
Solvent: DMSO
Concentration: 5 mM (optimized according to the experiment).
Storage: Store at -20°C or -80°C in dark after aliquoting. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
1.2 Preparation of working solution
Dilute to 5 µM with PBS or cell culture medium.
Note: The working solution should be prepared and used immediately. Keep it away from light.
2. Cell staining
2.1 Peroxyfluor 1 (5 μM) is incubated with live cell samples for 5-10 min.
2.2 Addition of H2O2 (10-100 μM) to cell samples for 15-30 min.
2.3 Fluorescence microscopy detection (Ex/Em = 450/530 nm).
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
