Biological Activity

PRO-HD3 (500 nM-5 μM; 24 h) nearly completely degrades HDAC6 in A549 cells at a concentration of 5 μM after 24 h of incubation[1].
PRO-HD3 (48 h) inhibits Jurkat cell proliferation with an IC50 of 3.80 μM after 48 h of incubation[1].
