AChE-IN-112
AChE-IN-112 is an acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.41 μM. AChE-IN-112 scavenges various reactive oxygen and reactive nitrogen species, including DPPH, ABTS, NO, hydroxyl and hydrogen peroxide free radicals. AChE-IN-112 can be used for the research of Alzheimer's disease.

AChE-IN-112 (Compound 4r) (62.5 µg/mL) shows weak inhibition of BChE, with 32.51% inhibition at a concentration of 62.5 µg/mL[1].
AChE-IN-112 (10 μg/mL) possesses notable in vitro antioxidant activity, with a total antioxidant capacity of 66.80 mg gallic acid/g, an IRP level of 96.7 µM, and potent radical scavenging activity against DPPH, ABTS, NO, OH, and H2O2 radicals[1].
