Anticancer agent 258 has an EC50 of 63 nM against Nurr in N2A cells. Anticancer agent 258 has IC50 of 0.1 pM for Nur77 in HEK293 cells. Anticancer agent 258 can be used in the study of cancer, metabolic diseases and neurological disorders.
