Biological Activity
K1586 (0.001-100 μM; 72 h) decreases cell proliferation in a dose-dependent manner[1].
K1586 (10-20 μM; 24 h) increases the relative length of the S phase and significant increases the length of the G2/M phase[1].
K1586 (10 μM; 12 h) decreases Chk1 protein levels in a time-dependent manner[1].
