KF-14124 (0.3 mg/kg intraduodenal administration (i.d.)) tends to decrease left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (LVEDP) in a Propranolol-induced heart failure model (dogs) and shows a potent protective effect against reperfusion arrhythmia in rats^[1].
