DC4 can be conjugated to the humanized monoclonal antibody huB4 and huC242 by a linker SPP, SPDB, and SMCC to form huB4-SPP-DC44, huC242-SPDB-DC4, huC242-SPP-DC4, and huC242-SMCC-DC4^[1].
