PLK3-IN-1 is a selective Polo-like kinase 3 (PLK3) inhibitor with a human PLK3 IC₅₀ of 5 nM. PLK3-IN-1 can be used for cancer research^[1].

PLK3-IN-1 (Compound 9) potently inhibits purified PLK3 with an IC₅₀ of 0.005 μM, and exhibits 1000-fold selectivity over PLK1 and 60-fold selectivity over PLK2 in a biochemical kinase inhibition assay^[1].
