Biological Activity
Mal-PEG2-amide-C2-amide-Phenyl (β-D-glucuronide)-NMT-IN-7 (Drug Conjugate 2) contains NMT-IN-7 (NMT inhibitor 1), which inhibits HsNMT1 with an IC50 of 2.1 nM and exhibits potent cytotoxicity against SU-DHL-10 human B-cell lymphoma cells with an IC50 of 0.6 nM[1].
