MDM2/4-p53-IN-3 (Compound 2a, 1-100 μM, 48 h) inhibits cell proliferation[1].
MDM2/4-p53-IN-3 dissociates p53-MDMs complexes (immunoenzymatic assays) with IC50 values of 18.5 nM (MDM2-p53) and 14.8 nM (MDM4-p53)[1].
